  My son Tommy has been going to Action Karate for 3 years now. He has enjoyed the instructors and has enjoyed meeting new friends. I have seen such a growth in him, both physically and mentally. Physically he has improved his fitness through his exercises, healthy eating challenges and marital arts training. Mentally, I have seen him become more confident, more disciplined and have better self-control. He also has continued to grow in his leadership skills, his respect of others and kindness to others. The sacrifice of time, cost and travel for him to continue over these last 3 years, I feel has been worth it. He will continue to grow from the life lessons and skills that he has learned at Action Karate and be able to use these lessons on achieving his goals.
